This website offers services that can be provided under 2 different modalities: free tours and private guided tours
On free tours, clients book a number of places for a service that starts at a certain time and at a defined meeting point. The client has no commitment to appear at the meeting point at the appointed time, but we appreciate that, if you are not going, to notify us in advance so that other person can use your spot. Once the free tour has finished, the client can, if he wishes, freely, give an amount -whose amount is also free- to the guide.
It is not essential to book a place but, to maintain the quality of the visit, the groups have a maximum number of people, so a person without a booking may not participate in the tour if the group is full. When making the booking, the system allows you to book only for the maximum number of people that can be admitted at that time. It is not necessary to present at the meeting point proof of the booking.
To participate in the tour it is essential to be at the meeting place at the appointed time.
In situations of force majeure (illness or unavailability of the guide, or similar) that do not allow the tour to take place, we will contact clients as soon as possible, writing to the email provided by the client in the booking.
They are paid tours made with a guide exclusively for the group that has made the booking. The booking is not made automatically on this website, but we provide the means for you to tell us the visit you would like to make (route, date, number of people, time) and, based on these data, we will contact you confirming if it is possible to make the visit, what services will be included and what would be the price. Payment can be made, generally, by bank transfer before the visit or, in cash, just before the visit begins. Tickets to monuments, food and other possible additional services will be agreed between the parties prior to purchasing the tour.
The contracted private guided tours may be canceled by the client at no cost up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of it. In case of no-show by the client at the meeting point during the first 30 minutes after the agreed time, the tour will not be carried out and the amount will not be refunded.
If, due to force majeure, it is impossible for us to make the private guided tour, the amount will be refunded to the client.
Participation in our activities is voluntary. The company reserves the right to prevent anyone from participating at any time for any reason. The activities that are carried out have an affordable level of effort for the vast majority of people. The company assumes no responsibility for injuries, damages, losses or inconveniences suffered by clients or their property.
